Everybody Eats is incredible! My daughter has celiac disease, and for her 16th birthday I wanted to find a bakery that could make her a cake without compromising on taste or quality. Everybody Eats absolutely understood the assignment. Pedro is an incredibly kind and talented baker who delivered a cake that exceeded every expectation. You can tell these cakes are made with love, care, and intention. The chocolate cake was honestly one of the best cakes I’ve ever had. The frosting was perfectly balanced—not overly sweet—and the cake itself was unbelievably moist and rich. The entire party loved it, and no one would have guessed it was gluten-free. That’s the true mark of an exceptional bakery. If you or someone in your family has celiac disease or needs to avoid gluten, Everybody Eats is a must-try. Knowing there’s no need to worry about cross-contamination gave us complete peace of mind, allowing everyone to simply enjoy the celebration. This will absolutely be our go-to bakery for birthdays and special occasions going forward. Thank you, Pedro, for making my daughter’s sweet 16 even more memorable!

Best red velvet gluten free cake I’ve ever had in my life. I bought it for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it. I let Pedro know that we didn’t want something sweet and he was on point! Also, the vegan bread is the best gluten free toast ever! It doesn’t even taste gluten free. It can honestly be enjoyed on its own. He’s also the sweetest man in Brooklyn. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stop! This is not the best vegan gluten free bread, which gets me up excited to make all sorts of sandwiches, toasts, any dish to add a slice of this to, and then it disappears so quickly, and i dont remember eating the loaf. nooooooo what sorcery! ITS TOO GOOD. ITS TOO GOOD. Removed background and just look at it! Perfect.

I loved everything about Everybody Eats! The cake was incredible (even my picky picky people couldn't believe it was gluten free), and Pedro was a dream to work with. I'll be getting all my cakes here in the future!

What a sweet bakery; the owner and workers were very kind and accommodating. Dedicated gluten free bakeries are tough to find, but this one is awesome!

I ordered a small cake for my wedding. I wanted to make sure that EVERYBODY EATS - especially my guests that are celiac/allergic to nuts! I am SO grateful to have found this bakery. Everyone came up to me and told me the cake was wonderful, absolutely delicious. Thank you so much, Pedro! You are so talented!! It was beautiful and really good!!!

I commissioned my birthday cake from here after being faced with lots of stomach issues the past year. I was SO happy to receive a cake that was gluten, dairy, nut, corn, AND soy free!! And it tasted delicious - you would not have been able to tell it was a gluten free cake. It was perfectly moist and fluffy even after a few days. They were able to customize it with a lemon filling as well. It really made the difference for my birthday this year having a cake that I could enjoy.

Visited this bakery in 2022 so sorry for delay in the review. Incredibly good gluten free baked goods. Don't let the outside confuse you - my wife and I thought it was perhaps closed down at first! But have confidence and you will earn your baked reward - and what a reward! We chose the cinnamon buns which were perfection. I should note that this bakery is more of a "buy a loaf of bread or a tray of cakes and take them home" rather than a "grab a singular bun and eat it there and then" place (although the baker kindly prepared a couple of buns from our tray of buns for us to enjoy right away). Overall score: The bakery - 5/5; The baker - 6/5!

I give this bakery an 11 out of 10!!! The cake was moist, delicious and gluten/nut free!!! Everyone loved the cake. Sooooooooo yummmmmmmy. Plus customer service is amazing. Great bakery. I’m ordering all of my gluten/nut free cakes from here!!!

I recently visited Everybody Eats, a gluten-free bakery in Brooklyn, NY, and I have to say, I was blown away! The baguette I had was simply amazing - I couldn't believe it was gluten-free. When I got to take it home and toast it for a sandwich I was SO happy - first time I've had something like this since pre-GF! 🥲 The bakery had a great selection of baked goods. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave great recommendations. The chocolate chip cookies were also sooo tasty! So excited to come back :)

This place is amazing! My partner is allergic to gluten, soy and tree nuts, so you know its not easy for us to find places he can eat. Everybody eats checks all the boxes, and the owner is great. Be warned though, it's not really a shop, more like a small kitchen you walk into. Their challah bread and cinnamon buns are our favorite. Everything is frozen but we've never had any issues thawing things, and they toast up really nice too.

*Dairy free, Gluten free, Soy Free* The baker/ owner easily accommodated my request for a birthday cake free from dairy, gluten and soy. The cake was the best I’ve ever had— I’m not kidding. It was perfectly sweet and moist. Even those without allergies that had it agreed that it was an amazing cake! Not only that, but the customer service from the owner/ baker was warm, friendly, and responsive. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Small bakery shop where you can buy Celiac-safe, gluten-free baked goods in larger, multiple serving sizes rather than a single serving. But this is wonderful because you’ll want to eat more! Delicious cinnamon rolls with the perfect level of sweetness and cinnamon/brown sugar flavor and an impressive bread texture.

This isn't a conventional bakery. Other than gluten free offerings this is more like a home based operation. The proprietor was nice and even gave me a free cookie with the vegan dinner rolls.
