A star is far too generous for the service we received. We ordered pizzas, all gluten-free, for 8:30 PM. At that time, the delivery person arrived at our house asking which ones were supposed to be gluten-free because they hadn't understood, and they couldn't call us because the portal hadn't saved the contact (but why not show up earlier instead of at the delivery time?!). In the end, the pizzas arrived at 9:00 PM, inedible, and on top of that, they didn’t even have the good sense to offer us a discount to make up for it. Terrible!

I ordered a gluten-free pizza for takeout and it never arrived. I tried calling several times and no one ever answered. Really bad service.
