Surprisingly, this was the best gluten-free restaurant where I’ve ever eaten. The place is simple and traditional, but the food is excellent and prepared with genuine care. It’s not a sophisticated restaurant, but rather a kind of “home-style” place — and I truly appreciated that. The service was wonderful. Although they didn’t speak much English, they were incredibly polite and made a real effort to communicate with us, understanding our requests and helping us with everything we needed. I suggest you the "Callos a la madrileña"

Great little (7 tables) restaurant that's totally gluten free. The cod was the best meal we had with the pork a close second.

Wonderful gluten free meal at a good value with attentive service. My spouse is not gluten free and found the meal to be delicious as well. This is a must visit if you are a Celiac and visiting Madrid.

Really good gluten free restaurant. I went there with my boyfriend who has celiac's disease and my brother. All the dishes are GF and they have GF bread too. The good was really good. The grilled veggies were amazing. The server was very attentive and asked us if any of us needed to eat gluten free and told us that everything from the menu is gluten free. I would say that the prices are maybe a bit on the high side but the food is really good and they are a 100% gluten free restaurant and that gives us peace of mind, to know that there is no cross contamination. Highly recommended
