Surprisingly, this was the best gluten-free restaurant where I’ve ever eaten. The place is simple and traditional, but the food is excellent and prepared with genuine care. It’s not a sophisticated restaurant, but rather a kind of “home-style” place — and I truly appreciated that. The service was wonderful. Although they didn’t speak much English, they were incredibly polite and made a real effort to communicate with us, understanding our requests and helping us with everything we needed. I suggest you the "Callos a la madrileña"

Gran pequeño restaurante (7 mesas) que es totalmente sin gluten. El bacalao fue la mejor comida que tuvimos, con el cerdo en un cercano segundo.

Wonderful gluten free meal at a good value with attentive service. My spouse is not gluten free and found the meal to be delicious as well. This is a must visit if you are a Celiac and visiting Madrid.

Realmente buen restaurante sin gluten. Fui allí con mi novio que tiene enfermedad celíaca y mi hermano. Todos los platos son sin gluten y también tienen pan sin gluten. La comida estaba realmente buena. Las verduras a la parrilla eran increíbles. El camarero fue muy atento y nos preguntó si alguno de nosotros necesitaba comer sin gluten y nos dijo que todo del menú es sin gluten. Diría que los precios son quizás un poco altos, pero la comida es realmente buena y son un restaurante 100% sin gluten, lo que nos da tranquilidad saber que no hay contaminación cruzada. Altamente recomendado.
