La Pausa offers a welcoming environment with very friendly staff and impeccable cleanliness, featuring a selection of gluten-free desserts such as churros and chocolate palmeras. Being situated in a strategic location, it represents a good option for those seeking dedicated sweets, although the overall gluten-free offerings could benefit from a greater variety.

I think that a restaurant located in a public station should have a gluten-free gastronomic offer, and at least label the dishes and prepared menu. It has no gluten-free bread or snacks, and very little gluten-free variety, and on top of that, the few things they make that don't need gluten, such as gazpacho or ribs, contain gluten. I don't know if the establishment complies with the law.
