The customer service was terrible. We ordered 3 pizzas via Glovo, one of them a gluten-free margherita with chicken, bacon, and ham; they delivered it without the added ingredients. When we called the pizzeria to complain, the woman on the phone spoke to me rudely, saying that since it showed on her order that it was a margherita with nothing, we had to solve it ourselves by complaining to Glovo. We replied that that wasn't the case and that they were the ones who needed to solve the problem, not us. The woman started raising her voice and saying that we should have ordered directly from them instead of Glovo because it would have been cheaper, that it wasn't her problem. She said she would make the pizza but in a very rude manner. In the end, they brought us the pizza correctly, and the delivery person took a picture of the order as proof that we weren't lying; the delivery person from the local place was very nice, but the woman who attended us was very unpleasant, and we are still waiting for an apology from her.
