I had a disastrous experience with an online order of two pizzas. I do not recommend this place at all and hope that management takes disciplinary action immediately. To start with, the delivery person arrived in my area claiming that my portal and floor did not appear on his application. Instead of verifying the error, he claimed to have called me on the phone associated with my account. According to him, 'a guy from Italy' answered. The serious thing is that I never received any call. When I saw on the website that the order falsely appeared as 'delivered', I had to call myself to find out what was happening. It was then that the delivery person insisted on his story, completely refusing to acknowledge that he had made a mistake when dialling the number. His lack of self-criticism and arrogance in the face of his own error are intolerable. As if that weren't enough, the final problem came with the payment. After agreeing over the phone that he would come to my actual home to deliver the pizzas, at the time of payment, he directly told me that he was 'rounding the price', trying to charge me more than what was indicated on the official order ticket. It's a shame from start to finish: poor delivery management, lies to avoid admitting an error when dialing a phone number, and an attempt to charge extra without justification. I demand consequences for the involved staff. I will not order here again.
