Flavia Madrid is one of those restaurants that leaves a lasting impression from the moment you walk in. Nestled in the elegant Recoletos Serrano area, this Italian trattoria brings the vibrant spirit of the Amalfi Coast right into Madrid with its chic, welcoming décor and warm ambiance. The menu strikes a perfect balance between traditional Italian craftsmanship and contemporary flair from pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven to fresh pasta dishes that feel both comforting and refined. What truly sets Flavia apart is its thoughtful inclusivity: practically every classic Italian favorite, whether it’s pizza, pasta, or dessert can be enjoyed gluten-free without sacrificing flavor, making it a go to destination for diners with dietary needs. The service is consistently attentive and friendly, complementing an atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxed dinner with friends, a memorable date night, or a special celebration. Whether you’re savoring the rich aroma of freshly baked pizza, enjoying the nuanced depth of a handcrafted pasta dish, or toasting with a glass of Italian wine, Flavia delivers a delightful culinary journey that celebrates the best of Italian cuisine right here in Madrid. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their Italian dining experience in the city. 100 % recommended it 👌

Several people told me to try their milanese and tiramisu from here, so I went in with pretty high expectations. We also ordered the Diavola pizza from the chef’s suggestions, which was great, and both the gluten free tagliatelle quattro formaggi and the gluten free pizza were very good. The tiramisu was nice, but since it was highly recommended to me, I expected a bit more. I personally prefer it when the cookie has a firmer texture. I ordered the cotoletta alla milanese for myself, and it was really tasty, though my cousin told me the pollo alla parmigiana is the real star, so I’ll have to come back to try it. Overall, a good Italian spot with solid dishes and a cozy atmosphere.
