Very good service, especially from Zunilda, who attended to us very attentively and warmly, making us feel very comfortable. The food was very good, in my case gluten-free, everything was excellent!! We will return.

The service was terrible. With a bad attitude. They throw the payment terminal at you if you say you'll split the bill. The gluten-free food was old. Reheated in the microwave, tough and dry. I ordered ribs and spicy wings. The bone was softer than the tough and cold meat. Nothing like the other Friday's. They should change their name because they have nothing to do with the American chain. We asked for the bill 5 times and it took a long time.

I went to eat at Fridays for the first time, I am gluten and lactose intolerant and I didn't have any problems. I ordered from the gluten-free menu, and they have very little variety, so it would be good if they added more dishes. They had three starters (Chicken Quesadilla, Nachos with homemade Guacamole, and chicken wings), all three looked good; I ordered the nachos, and it was a very large portion, so I understand the price and the quality-cost ratio. For the main dish, I ordered the ribs, the meat was of very good quality and came with fries and barbecue sauce. It's good because it fills you up but isn't heavy like ribs from other places. I find their price a bit steep; for dessert, they offered vanilla ice cream for €7, which I think is very expensive, but we ordered it thinking it would be large like everything else, and it was a pre-prepared small container without any need for handling, so the amount was scarce, which was disappointing, and that keeps it from getting five stars. Then the service, both from the person who seats you at the table and from the waitress, was correct and helpful, although I must note that when it came time to ask for the bill, they were not attentive, so they need to pay more attention there, but overall it was good. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and I must also emphasize that they put a blue plate for gluten-free dishes to identify them. It is a recommended place for anyone and also for celiac people since my mother is celiac and is affected by cross-contamination and had no reactions, and also for those intolerant to gluten.

Google Review ⭐ 1 Star "Dangerous for Coeliacs and Zero Accountability" My wife, Carmen, who is coeliac, suffered a terrible experience at TGI Fridays in La Gavia, Madrid on 2 January. She specifically ordered a dessert from the gluten-free menu and repeatedly emphasized to the waitress that the dessert must be gluten-free. Despite her clear instructions, the staff negligently served her the same dessert as her companions, which did contain gluten, while falsely assuring her it was safe. As a result, Carmen arrived home severely sick, suffering from abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea and headache This level of incompetence and disregard for the health of customers with dietary restrictions is absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse, we submitted a formal complaint through the customer service portal on the same day, 2 January, and have received no response as of 18 January. The lack of accountability and complete silence from the company is appalling. This is not just poor service—it’s dangerous. If your restaurant cannot ensure the safety of customers with dietary requirements, then you should not claim to cater to them. We trusted you and you failed spectacularly. Shame on TGI Fridays for endangering my wife’s health and for ignoring our complaint. I strongly urge others with dietary restrictions to avoid this restaurant at all costs. This level of negligence could result in even more serious consequences for someone else.

Great overall impression of this restaurant! Good menus including those for children and for celiacs! Great proposal the Jack Stacked Burger with balanced flavors that combine well on the palate! Special thanks to PAOLA who assisted us at all times! And to JUAN LUIS, the manager for his efficient management. We recommend!
