We had a bad experience due to a gluten-free menu. After ordering a gluten-free ham pizza from a kids' menu and being told they were preparing it while the adults chose, they brought the food for the adults and after a while said there was no ham pizza. We switched to barbecue and after a while they also said there wasn't any. We ended up choosing the last option (which the child didn't like). I think they should have informed us first, because if that was the case... we would have gotten up from the table, instead of not informing us once they had brought all the food.

We ordered 4 dishes, one gluten-free, and when we had eaten half of the plate, they indicated that the gluten-free option was not available. We left without that person eating. I find it incredible that this continues to happen in 2026. If there are no options, don’t put it on the menu.

The waiters were very friendly. The service was very fast and well presented. The food was very tasty, and there are quite a few gluten-free options. We will definitely repeat.

We just had dinner at Ginos Diversia Alcobendas. The food has been great, but this time we want to give a special mention to Iván, the waiter who attended to us. We have food intolerances and it's often difficult for us to get listened to or have dishes adapted in many places. However, Iván adapted everything for us and we were able to enjoy an exceptional dinner with the best service. Thank you very much, we will return 🙂👍

We went on Saturday at lunchtime with a reservation. After 30 minutes, we asked for some gluten-free dishes for my daughters, and after bringing one of the dishes after 40 minutes, they told us that they were out of the other dish. I find it incredible that after waiting more than an hour, they tell me that the dish I ordered is not available. And worst of all, we ordered another pizza that came to the table half-frozen because it was rushed… The pasta we ordered for the adults was cold. They had to reheat the pizza because it also came out cold. We won't be coming back.
