The restaurant is located in the town of Gerena, in Seville. The entire menu is gluten-free, and almost everything is lactose-free; they don't just have one or two gluten-free dishes, you can eat almost anything. The waiter was a very friendly young man. I imagine the rest of the staff is just as good, so the service gets 5/5. As for the food, I recommend the assorted croquettes; I also enjoyed the other dishes, especially the Iberian pork cheek in oloroso sherry.
