I have to say that the reviews had made me a bit scared, but overall, the structure is not bad. For a 4-star resort, it is a bit lacking, but in the end, it's a pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly and ready to meet any request; it was really cold in our room upon arrival, and they told us that by law, they couldn’t turn on the heating yet, but fortunately, they brought us a heater. We had a bottle of wine included in our package, which they assured us we would find in our room, but there was actually no bottle of wine in the room. However, the young lady promptly brought it to us, apologizing. The room, minimalistic, lacked nightstands, although the bed was surrounded by a loft with side shelves (only on one side). In the bathroom, the bidet is incorporated into the toilet (I didn't really like that solution), and it was stained, as was the shower, from wear. The bathroom set, with soap bottles bearing the resort's logo, was filled with the worst detergents on the market (you can recognize them from afar and by the smell). I have to say the best part was the breakfast. Very varied and buffet-style. Sweet and savory, yogurt, fruit, juices, dried fruit. When I requested gluten-free products, a tray with warm bread, cookies, and packaged snacks was brought to me, which I really appreciated. The mattress was very comfortable.
