I went with my friend to eat there and celebrate her birthday, but to our surprise, the experience was far from desirable. First of all, it took more than 20 minutes for them to bring us the food (2 VIPs club sandwiches, one gluten-free and the other regular without cheese), when they finally brought us the sandwiches, my friend's had cheese and mine was in terrible condition (attached photo). We asked the waiter to change our plates and aside from making excuses, he disrespected us with very disdainful looks and complained as he left in a bad mood. After this, it took another 30 minutes to bring the gluten-free sandwich, but the regular one had gotten lost somewhere because our waiter couldn’t manage two sandwiches. We had to wait another 10 minutes for my friend's to arrive while mine was getting cold. In total, we entered VIPs at 2 PM, and now it's 4 PM, and we just finished eating (which took us 15 minutes, meaning the other hour and 45 minutes were just waiting). I emphasize that the reason for this review is not the mistakes made but the response of the waiter when we communicated this to him with all the respect in the world. Best regards.

We were attended by Gisele and Alvaro, and they were charming, everything was easy, which is appreciated even more being celiac. Highly recommended!

Very bad, every time I go (about 3 times) for proximity, I always ask for the same thing, the gluten-free hamburger, and they never have it. I find it normal for them to run out one day, but this happens every day. Also, they only have one person serving, and the service is very slow.

Sunday, October 20, 2024. Not too many people. Very fast and friendly service. Alexa, the waitress, is very efficient and pleasant. Iberian croquettes are very tasty. They have several gluten-free options: bacon and cheese burger, club sandwich, oriental chicken, brownie... and then the usual variety of dishes. They also have new sandwiches, with squid, chistorra, and eggs... I’m told they’re very good. Oreo milkshake - and two large ones fit in the glass - and spectacular brownies. Recommended. We will return.
