Fatal!

We arrived with a reservation at 17:30h. We were attended to about 20 minutes later after already being seated. The dishes came out staggered at intervals until the last dish arrived 45 minutes later. From the arrival with a reservation until the last dish was served, it took more than an hour. Regarding the food, one of the celiac individuals ordered toast with avocado, Philadelphia cheese, paprika, and olive oil. The toast arrived with stale bread, no cheese, no oil, and no paprika. When complaining, the person in charge commented that this was the presentation for celiacs. No one mentions that what they offer has nothing to do with what is listed on the menu. Not even an apology. A complete disaster. Of course, we will not return. It was a birthday invitation, and it was disappointing.

We went for a snack and there are packs that include drinks and food, and everything was very tasty. They have different prices ranging from €4 to approximately €9. We loved the pancakes with truffle béchamel and bacon (€8.95): they have a sweet touch from the pancakes that contrasts with the other ingredients and is very delicious. The mixed sandwich with brioche bread was also very good. It's worth noting that they also have gluten-free dishes. As for the place, it is quite large and has tables with chairs and others with armchairs. It was a bit warm despite the air conditioning being on. The waiter who served us was correct and formal.

My favourite VIPS in Madrid. It's a big one, has lots of seating, and the ambience is unmatched. I've been going to and ordering from VIPS for more than a year, and this VIPS is one of my absolute favourite restaurants in Madrid, for comfort food. I love their club sandwich (which can also be ordered gluten-free), the pancakes, and the vegan burger. The portions are generous, and burgers are served with sides. I highly recommend the Los Angeles salad to all vegetarians and vegans. It's fresh, and it's got a sweet touch which makes it a very unique one!
