VIPS is a venue known for its welcoming atmosphere and a gluten-free menu option appreciated by visitors. The staff is often praised for their kindness and quick service, even during the busiest times. However, experiences can vary, and it is recommended to check the availability of dishes at the time of the visit.

Very friendly, fast, and professional staff. I usually go when there’s a match at the Bernabeu and they always treat you kindly (sometimes the place is full and very noisy). The food is very good, including the gluten-free options. I recommend this establishment.

Today's experience at VIPS Paseo de la Habana 17 has been regrettable. Especially the attitude of the manager NORIS leaves much to be desired. Rude, arrogant, and completely out of place. She literally laughed in our faces during an uncomfortable situation, showing an absolute lack of professionalism. The most serious issue: ridiculing and belittling a new colleague in front of customers. That attitude is not only embarrassing but intolerable in any work environment, especially in front of the public. It gives a terrible image of the restaurant. The treatment was cold, abrupt, and unpleasant from start to finish. Zero empathy, zero politeness. Certainly, with staff like this, I do not plan to return. There are many places where they at least treat you with respect. We had to call the municipal police to resolve the situation and speak with the manager.

A bad experience for CELIACS. We decided to go to Vips with friends since having a gluten-free menu makes it easier for all of us. When taking the order, they informed us about the lack of several products, leaving the menu reduced to three items. To our surprise, once we placed the order for two gluten-free dishes and ten regular dishes, they told us that the gluten-free options we had chosen were also unavailable. It was a moment of indecision and frustration, as those with celiac disease are always limited, and when you go to a place that has a gluten-free menu but has no supply forecast on a Sunday—not just for one product, but for several—offering only a glass of milk or milk with Nesquik for dessert. Ultimately, we stayed to eat but with an enormous disappointment. I must say I have no complaints about the service from the waitress Noris, who communicated the lack of products and eventually managed to get two gluten-free ice creams. However, my complaint is that there should be a forecast for gluten-free products, and if they are not available, they should notify when the gluten-free menu is requested so that I can decide whether to stay or not, because, as I mentioned earlier, it wasn't just one product that was missing.

This is a place I like to go during my downtime at work. They have a varied menu that isn't too expensive. A daily menu and the best part, several ports and sockets for mobile, PC, etc... very useful for those dead hours. I’ve ordered various things to eat on different days. Today I ordered a Cuban sandwich and I must say it was very good, along with the sauce. But I also once ordered an 'GLUTEN-FREE' oriental chicken that was quite good. The service is quick and attentive. However, the two times I've been there to eat, I was given a broken glass that almost cut me. They need to check their dishes more often…
