The best gluten-free option in Kassel. Perfect if you want to eat pizza, pasta or drink beer, but gluten-free. The food is delicious. Good service. I will gladly come back again!

✨ We’re truly thankful to this restaurant for offering delicious and safe food! The first time we visited this place was about six months ago, purely by chance — we were just walking around Kassel and stepped in randomly. At the time, we had no idea it was a gluten-free restaurant, and we ordered pizza expecting the usual soft classic dough. The taste was quite unusual to us, and we didn’t understand why at first. Only after asking the waiter did we learn that the entire menu is gluten-free. Half a year later, I found out through medical testing that I can no longer eat gluten. And I was so happy to remember this place! Last week we came back — this time knowingly and with so much appreciation. We’ve visited several times over the past few days and everything was lovely: tasty, cozy, safe, and thoughtfully prepared. ❤️ A big thank-you to the team for creating a space where people with dietary needs feel welcome and not limited in their choices. 🔸 One small suggestion: it might be helpful to mention at the entrance, in the menu, or when ordering, that the restaurant is 100% gluten-free. The first time we didn’t notice it since we just walked in from the street and don’t speak German, so we were a bit confused by the taste of the pizza. Now we truly understand the value!

This restaurant will be a treat for everyone, not just for the people who can’t eat gluten. The food is absolutely delicious, and the pizza dough is baked according to a recipe the owner spent years crafting. They even have gluten free tiramisu. The restaurant can get full, especially on the weekends, so I’d suggest reserving a table.

I recently tried the gluten-free pizza at Nonno Glutino , and it was a delightful experience! The crust was perfectly crispy and had a fantastic flavor, which is often hard to find in gluten-free options. The toppings were fresh and abundant, and the cheese was wonderfully melted. The staff was knowledgeable about gluten-free needs and made sure to avoid cross-contamination. I'll definitely be coming back for more delicious and safe pizza! Highly recommend for gluten-free pizza lovers! 🍕 I must also mention that the staff is not only knowledgeable but also super friendly! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly and were attentive throughout my dining experience. They took the time to answer all my questions about gluten-free options. Their genuine friendliness added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere of the place. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and will be returning soon to enjoy their delicious gluten-free pizzas with a smile!
