I visited Nonno Glutino in Kassel and had a really great experience. The pizza was excellent, and the gluten-free dough was a very pleasant surprise: the owner, Hassan, who was very kind and attentive, explained to me that they use different types of flour, including corn and potato, to create a light and tasty result. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly, especially the girl with curly hair, who was particularly caring. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality food and great customer service.

Great experience at this restaurant. Very friendly staff & reasonable prices. There are a lot of pizza and pasta options. It is possible to choose vegan cheese if you are allergic to dairy or if you are lactose intolerant. Their pizza dough tastes just as regular one. They are really doing a great job. Suitable for celiac people, they have a sterile kitchen without compromising any flavor.
