We had service issues the entire way through the stay. When we arrived, the night porter was no where to be found. We waited for five minutes upon arriving, and I then had to drive a further 5 minutes to park the car, and then come back. For what you’re paying, they should park this for you. We asked for a gluten free meal in advance of our stay (for a child), and all they could offer us was veal or arctic char. The menu was limited. We ran into multiple issues during our one dinner there. While the staff attempted to ameliorate, it colored the experience. We later called housekeeping to see if we could use the vacuum briefly. We had to go down to the desk three times to get someone to come up in the course of an hour. (The phone to the reception did not work). The management is bad and frankly seems hostile toward guests who expect decent service at these high prices. What else are you paying for? Save your money. Stay somewhere else or go to Worthersee.
