Really good bread and really nice people. They have different shops I believe. I have only tried the one in la hulpe and it's really good

The highlight is the friendliness of the selling lady. The bread I took was humid inside and tasted like to old...and the pastries where ok but much too sweet. Eventhough I m a regular GF consumer, price was far too high for the quality provided. Nice idea but to be improved.

As someone who has to follow a gluten free diet for medical reasons, I have tasted plenty of gluten free breads and visited lots of GF bakeries in different countries. But 'So Bake It' is ... simply the best ! :-) Even if you don't need to eat GF, it's a great place !

It’s like a piece of home. The buckwheat loaf we bought yesterday brought me back into my childhood memories when my granny served us a freshly baked buckwheat bread spread with butter and sprinkled with sugar. The loaf from So Bake It was as soft and tasty as I remember it from back then. Thank you! And the cookies - yummy! :) Not to mention the moelleux ... we ate it before I was able to take my phone out to take a picture. We’ll definitely come back for more. A piece of pure indulgence! I love supporting local businesses that take pride in using locally sourced ingredients and focus on offering products that go beyond.

It's great that there is a cafe along with this bakery. Had breakfast there. The pancakes were super yummy; the bread of the toasty was a bit dry/stale but the filling (sweet potatoes, spinach,...) was really nice. Super friendly service.
