The bar trattoria Omens was founded in 1974 from an idea of Uncle Pino. The trattoria has always been run by the Bertolin family. Focusing on traditional cuisine, they offer an increasingly varied menu, using only genuine products from zero km.

A delicious rustic place above Verrès, among the woods, with a veranda overlooking the valley: splendid. A family-run establishment with a gluten-free menu, ensuring maximum attention. Very helpful staff. Menu available à la carte or as a tasting menu, showcasing local dishes, remarkable with a few small limitations for gluten-free options, replaced with tasty alternatives. The only downside is the absolute immobility of the menu, always delicious but always the same, experienced at least four times. Otherwise, you eat abundantly and with flavor in a convivial atmosphere of an old homey trattoria. Amazing polenta all around.
