I know it’s gluten free but please make your pastries more edible and tasty. Croissant tasted like a brick was thick and heavy. Presentation is great, but for the price (high) I expected world class pastries.

The best bakery in Paris! The food looks super appealing and everything is gluten-free. The staff is outstandingly nice, and happy to help. The bread, croissants, sandwiches, and focaccia taste so amazing 😋 almost impossible to believe they are gluten-free!

Exciting to find a gluten free place in Paris, however, the sweets were only okay. The madeleine was quite dry. I also got a donut with chocolate, which was good but super dense! The way they took orders was weird too. They had the items on display on the side of the shop with no sneeze guards or anything and you had to wait for one of the staffers to grab them for you through a crowd of people. Groups were cutting each other and we all just felt like we were in the way. I'm not sure the product was worth the madness.
