I know it’s gluten free but please make your pastries more edible and tasty. Croissant tasted like a brick was thick and heavy. Presentation is great, but for the price (high) I expected world class pastries.

La mejor panadería de París! La comida se ve súper atractiva y todo es sin gluten. El personal es increíblemente amable y está feliz de ayudar. El pan, los croissants, los sandwiches y la focaccia saben tan increíble 😋 casi imposible creer que son sin gluten!

Exciting to find a gluten free place in Paris, however, the sweets were only okay. The madeleine was quite dry. I also got a donut with chocolate, which was good but super dense! The way they took orders was weird too. They had the items on display on the side of the shop with no sneeze guards or anything and you had to wait for one of the staffers to grab them for you through a crowd of people. Groups were cutting each other and we all just felt like we were in the way. I'm not sure the product was worth the madness.
