Fantastic plant based fine dining within 30 minutes walk from the centre of historic Bruges. We were very pleased to have found this place and made the trip out for our final meal of the holiday. The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. The menu changes regularly but is always gluten free and vegan by default, with the option to add meat/fish to the mains if desired. We just went for the 3 course menu. I had the paired beer selection, my partner had an iced tea to accompany. Both were delicious.

#food is truly a culinary experience and an international destination for vegan and gluten free dining. Dave's inventiveness with flavor pairings and creative takes on standard fare, like a burger, elevates the food to a higher degree. Clever wine and beer pairings for each course. Emmanuel's tableside hospitality was incredible. It's not just good gluten free and vegan food; it's exceptional food. Period. Go have an experience!

This place is great, but reserve a spot in advance! Place was completely booked .. but the manager said that if we could eat within an hour, it would be fine. I told him that i had to eat gluten free and dairy free and he told me that it was no problem. Everything on the menu is dairy free and only one item contains gluten. Furthermore, there was an allergen menu! There's something on the menu for omnivoresw vegetarians and vegans so everyone can enjoy :) greatly recommend this place to everyone!!
