There are not many gluten-free options in Bruges, and when we arrived at Three.B.Pasta, it was already closed. We explained to Chef Blanz that we were a group of friends with two celiacs, and he kindly cooked four pasta dishes for us and even gifted us some chocolate. He truly saved the day — we couldn’t be more thankful!
