Fried food exclusively with gluten-free flours (rice, corn) offering a wide variety of local dishes with outdoor seating to sit and eat (with paper placemat and fork), otherwise takeout is available. Welcome and service from the owner, rating "it could improve a lot". We arrived very early at 7:30 PM with no other customers around - the waiting times are medium to long. We tried 3 versions of fried fish, zucchini flowers, croquettes (best dish), fries. Unfortunately, everything was very greasy. Medium-small portions. Prices slightly high in relation to the quantity and quality of the dishes (fried shrimp, squid, and anchovies €16, shrimp and squid €16, just squid €15, 4 small zucchini flowers €5). Would I go back? I don't think so... too bad! I hoped to find a small gluten-free treasure, instead... I hope it was just a wrong evening..........

Most of the fried foods I ordered were not made by them as they claimed, but were the pre-made frozen ones that they only fried. Very poor cleanliness.

Small locale (4 Tables on the veranda, 4 outside) that does everything gluten-free, in the pedestrian center of Marina di Carrara. There is a long wait (there is only one person), but everything is fried on the spot. The frying is well done and not too greasy, and the products seem to be of good quality (the squid is excellent and the sgabeo is very good). The dishes based on fish are expensive (maybe too much), especially in relation to the portions (at least the squid portion is very small). The other prices are okay and the menu is varied, also with sweets (bombolone). Very friendly staff. I give 4 instead of 5 just because of the prices. A paradise for celiacs :) I occasionally come from Sarzana just for this, I will return.

Fresh fish, genuine dishes, traditional cooking! Fried cod and fried anchovies are the best!!!! Incredible fried anchovies and mixed fish. The fried vegetables were out of this world… and everything gluten-free so you digest well and are immediately ready for a swim!! Not to mention the fries and Nutella as a final treat😅.. unbelievably good

Everything we tried was exceptional... including the small fried dough pastries... absolutely delicious. All gluten-free for everyone!! Lots of choices of treats. You need to be patient because there is only one person doing everything, but they do it with such a smile that you forget the wait. Very nice atmosphere on the veranda and garden overlooking a pedestrian street.

I had dinner tonight with the whole family. Everything strictly gluten-free, very good, tasty, and light. The owner is very kind. A must-try!
