Gluten-free pizza is good, but there is a risk of airborne contamination because it is prepared in the same room, even though they are very careful. They cook it in a wood-fired oven but inside a disposable aluminum tray. They also make gluten-free sandwiches, piadinas, and meat. Super friendly and knowledgeable.
