Finally, a gluten-free pinsa that lives up to its name: a crunchy base on the outside and soft on the inside, excellent quality toppings, and maximum attention to the customer. It's very hard to find such good ones. I will definitely be back!

I tried it during a social lunch: croquettes, pinsa (margherita, artichoke cream and stracciatella, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and pesto, carbonara) with a truly delicious dough, and exquisite berry cheesecake and tiramisu. Maddalena, the owner, is celiac, so safety is TOP! I will return to try more soon. Highly recommended!!!

The pinsa is delicious, both gluten-free and gluten-free. The gluten-free and lactose-free desserts are also delicious. What's most striking, however, is the politeness, courtesy, and kindness of the staff—something truly rare and something I'm honestly not used to anymore. We came from Lodi and will gladly return. The only downside is the parking, so be patient.

Superlative pinsa, with and without gluten, light dough and quality ingredients! Perfect service, everyone is very kind, you feel at home 😊 It’s in a very convenient and easily reachable location, and during the week, it even has an affordable lunch menu. We always return with pleasure, highly recommended!

I went out for lunch today and had a pinsa. Food of excellent quality with a wide selection of gluten-free and low-carb products. The cocktail was good too. Friendly and professional staff. The place is stunning inside, very well taken care of in details. Highly recommended!
