Restaurant of the Hotel NYX Milan, right in front of the central station. The menu is very clear, with unambiguous indications for gluten-free dishes. The waitress is well-prepared and very attentive. After placing my order, it was the chef who told the waitress that he wouldn't make the fries for risk of contamination and offered me gluten-free side dishes instead. The bread they brought me was very good. I had dinner with peace of mind.
