Pastry shop with an in-house laboratory 100% gluten-free (gluten-containing products available, but separated and prepared in another laboratory). Classic pastries, mousse, single portions, cookies. But what truly deserves attention is its creativity, technique, and pursuit of always different flavors and combinations that are sensory experiences! I have tried so many things, I adored the chocolate tart with raspberries, figs, and cinnamon cream, the milk chocolate macarons with tonka bean and orange, the savory shrimp and tomato basil macarons, and the chocolates that are PHENOMENAL (saffron, mastic and raspberries, figs and incense, ylang-ylang, caramel). YOU MUST GO THERE!
