I arrived at opening time. There’s really a lot of choice. Everything is very well cared for. I had a truly excellent cinnamon roll.

A must-try gluten free and lactose free place in Lausanne. Salty snacks are very good but the real strength for me are the sweets. The ambience is very nice and comforting with the staff being always smily. Definitely recommended for a chill breakfast and for trying delicious gluten free sweets.

All products are lactose and gluten free (safe for celiacs). The desserts are delicious and light, there is variety of options and the atmosphere is very cozy. There are also salty options and breads, and very tasty (birthday) cakes that you can preorder.

If you have the slightest interest in pastries, just go there. Some of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Be prepared to take them with you though, they only have two very small tables to sit down.
