We ate at Restaurant Bündnerland Luzern and had a great experience, especially as a gluten-free option. We ordered the Swiss Tour adapted to gluten-free, which allowed us to try several traditional Swiss dishes safely. Everything tasted very good and it’s clear they take gluten-free preparation seriously. The restaurant is a bit expensive, but it’s worth it if you want to try typical Swiss food without worrying about gluten. For people with celiac disease, it’s a great option in Luzern.
