Despite clearly informing staff three times about my daughter’s gluten allergy, she was still served food containing gluten. The consequences were severe: we had to leave a concert immediately, and she was vomiting for several hours afterward. The venue was nice and the service friendly, but when allergen handling fails at this level, it overshadows everything else. This is a serious health issue and should be treated as such.
