Small ice cream shop near Santa Maria Maggiore, offering a selection of ice creams and small desserts all gluten-free and lactose-free, vegan, and without refined sugar. Prices are a bit high, but the quality is just as high. The gianduia flavor is phenomenal.

Today we tried this vegan pastry shop for the first time, primarily chosen because I have a lactose intolerance. The products were all 100% vegan, and they truly were, unlike places that sell products as vegan without considering that they are also consumed by those with intolerances or allergies, leading to feeling unwell, as happened to me. The prices are a bit higher than other places, but the quality of the ingredients is definitely excellent, and you can tell right away. We had a mango cheesecake and a sacher, and both were very delicate and not heavy at all. We will definitely be back!

I discovered this ice cream shop by chance, thanks to an Instagram ad! It's an entirely vegan place, for the lactose intolerant and for celiacs. They offer both ice creams and cakes, but also single portions (€7.50 each) and chocolates (€2.50/€3 each): these are really hard to find. The ice cream is truly exquisite, I had pistachio and gianduia, and it really is one of the best ice creams I've ever eaten.

Then there's a beautiful young man...Matteo... very kind and welcoming...who greets customers entering to buy something or to consume at the seated tables, equipped with a Green Pass. He gives good advice and explanations about the raw pastry products made of sweets, cookies, and ice creams of various flavors and ingredients, and on the products to buy, such as spreads, chocolate bars, almonds, hazelnuts, chia seeds, coconut sugar, etc.! I recommend this place to vegans and vegetarians who also love organic products, where all ingredients are of natural and plant origin, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, refined sugars-free, yeast-free, palm oil-free, and free from chemical additives!
