The best fish I've ever eaten is... gluten-free! Pasta, fried foods, homemade bread, everything! An absolute excellence! We specifically travel from Conca d’Oro, and this has been our fifth time: a habit we will continue to renew because this fish restaurant proves to be a masterpiece every time. The welcome is exemplary. As soon as you sit down, you are served a glass of prosecco and a delicious starter offered by the chef—a perfect way to pass the time while consulting the menu. The service is exceptional: attentive, friendly, and with an extraordinary sensitivity. They welcomed our dog by bringing him a bowl of water without us even having to ask. The quality of the fish is simply impeccable. The raw dishes, which include oysters, scampi, and red prawns, are wonderful, with an astonishing freshness. The first courses are exceptional in balance and flavor, and the grilling is nothing short of superb, as are the fried dishes. All of this is complemented by a well-stocked wine list, ideal for enhancing the dishes. The atmosphere deserves a special mention: the environment is informal yet meticulously cared for in every detail and spacious, creating a relaxed vibe. The owner is a very kind person, present in the dining area and constantly engaged to ensure that every customer's experience is impeccable. 100% of the menu is available in gluten-free versions, of the same quality as the gluten-containing dishes (including homemade bread). A rarity, a sign of customer care that truly makes a difference. The price is entirely appropriate for the quality. A highly recommended place!

Truly an excellent experience! As a celiac, finding a restaurant that caters to my dietary needs isn't always easy, but here I felt welcomed and cared for with great professionalism. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive, providing all the necessary information about the dishes. The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and enhanced by high-quality ingredients. I particularly appreciated the care taken in preparing the dishes and the attention paid to avoiding cross-contamination. Completely satisfied. If you eat good fish at Doriano's, you have to go there...very fresh and excellent quality. Tonight my husband and I tried the raw fish, it was amazing!!! Spaghetti with sea urchins, grilled octopus tentacles. Next time I'm at Doriano', I'll try a gluten-free first course. Well done guys...thanks...
