I have been a customer for years now and I can confidently say that I have never been disappointed! A totally gluten-free place that produces, in my opinion, one of the best ice creams in Rome! Run by capable young people who have a great desire to experiment with more exotic and particular flavors, but without ever sidelining the more classic tastes. Both the ice cream and all their other preparations, from crêpes to cakes to individual desserts to pancakes, are of high quality... In short, there’s no wrong choice. Nothing more to say, except 'Well done!' with the hope that they continue on this path!
