If you're celiac then this is a little slice of heaven! They have a dedicated part of the kitchen for gluten free and their food is the best we've ever had! The pizza is thin and crispy with a great chew! The carbonara and cacio e pepe pasta was so creamy, flavourful and cooked to perfection! We also had a marinara and mozzarella suppli (fried rice ball) that was crispy and so delicious!! To be able to have so many options that you know are safe was such a treat! The service was great and price was very fair! We will definitely be back!

Bono bono bono!!! Roman pizza at the end of the world, excellent both gluten-free and not. Light draft beer and SUPER IPA! They also have non-alcoholic beer available. Croquettes and supplì definitely excellent, not to mention the desserts. The entire menu is gluten-free, except for the pizzas in two variations. Near the Colosseum, a young place with friendly staff ready to clarify any doubts.

Amazing place, lovely staff that spoke English well, understood my allergy of milk and fully catered for it offering me to have pizza with lactose free cheese or no cheese at all if I preferred, cocktails were really nice, quite a selection on the menu to try. Best place me and my partner came across in our few days staying in Rome, she loved the tiramisu! Was so good we went again the next day. Highly recommend trying this place out!! Enjoyable experience, both as to service and food. No booking but was advised to come back in 30 minutes and they’d have a table, they did. Order via a QR code but didn’t work on our phones so they brought us a device, no problem. Ordered two starters, two pizzas and a dessert, served by Sami who was very attentive and helpful with our selections. Pizzas were classic thin crust style following the less is more approach - great bases, topping moist but bases not soggy. They offer traditional and seem to have a pretty extensive gluten free menu. The venue was busy, seemed a good mix of local and visitors to Rome, and busy also with take-away, clearly a popular local venue. All in all a very nice experience, wouldn’t hesitate to return.

An exceptional experience, to say the least. I found the place on the AIC app, and it is well-rated on all applications for gluten-free individuals like me. I immediately found a friendly and professional environment, where the owners and staff make you feel at ease. The menu available online has really fair prices with an excellent quality-to-price ratio. The best part is that the appetizers and first courses are completely gluten-free; the smash supplì was delicious and super crunchy, and the cacio e pepe pasta was perfectly cooked and rich in pecorino and pepper. The dessert, the Roman tart with ricotta and sour cherries, was an added treat that made my dinner even more enjoyable. The menu also includes lactose-free options. I highly recommend it to all celiacs and non-celiacs (as the menu also features pizza and focaccia with gluten, which looked really good). I will definitely return whenever I can.

I start with the best thing, the gluten-free food is delicious! Amazing pizza and super supplì! The service is also quick. The staff isn't very friendly and the place is quite chaotic; we ate outside, but unfortunately, there were three people smoking next to us, which was quite unpleasant.

Even I, who am not celiac, ordered the gluten-free pizza and found it delicious and very light on the stomach! The supplì (rice croquettes) and zucchini flowers, gluten-free and with dairy-free mozzarella, were spectacular. The desserts, tiramisù and tart, were another treat that everyone could enjoy! The service is informal and welcoming; the owners are very friendly. My celiac friends who were with me for dinner asked me to specify that the kitchens for regular pizza and gluten-free food are separate, which made them feel at ease! P.S. We visited this place near the Fontana di Trevi and the experience was positive. We tried two pizzas: one with regular dough and one gluten-free. Both were really tasty, with a thin and crispy base. If you love Roman pizza, thin and crispy, I think the best in Rome is Cimarra4. Their fried items are also unbeatable in my opinion; the supplì are not those small, often frozen in the center things you find in some places, but rather big bombs filled with flavor and super stretchy. I would also say their desserts are great, although I often feel too full to even reach the dessert!

They have a separate kitchen dedicated to gluten-free, which is hard to find in Rome, and both the gluten-free pizza and fried foods were really good. The traditional cuisine is also good, so it's the ideal choice for mixed groups. Courteous service, honest prices, and a reasonable surcharge for gluten-free. We will definitely return!

In this excellent venue, gluten is not welcome, but the kitchen does not suffer: all dishes are excellent and compete with traditional cuisine, but they are 100% gluten-free. In every course, you can taste the freshness of the ingredients and the passion that comes from the kitchen. Despite having booked two weeks in advance, upon our arrival we had to wait 20 minutes before we could be seated because there were no free tables. Furthermore, we had to stop a member of the waiting staff ourselves after an additional wait because no one had come to take our order. The icing on the cake of this poor service: the waitress, without a word, literally took away the glass of beer I was still drinking (about a quarter was left). On a positive note, I appreciated the wide range of gluten-free and lactose-free dishes. The quality of the products was perhaps a bit low, but overall the food was tasty. As for the atmosphere, it was quite chaotic: the venue has really tight spaces which does not help the customer feel at ease. The bill was average, considering the area.

I went to Cimarra 4 for an aperitif. 15€ for a drink, chips, peanuts, toasted corn, and three slices of pizza (potato, mushroom, and margherita). I had a great time, everything was very good and especially they are attentive to gluten-free food. Beautiful location. The venue is nearby and reachable by metro Cavour.

Only the pizzas can also be found with standard dough. There is no external sign, from outside it looks almost like an advanced takeaway. A few steps from the majestic Colosseum and even closer to the metro B stop, you will find the restaurant-pizzeria "Cimarra 4". A fresh place with well-organized spaces, it has a very simple style. We had an amatriciana and a gricia, and a focaccia to share as a second course (note, the gluten-free focaccia doesn't have a "lid" and the ingredients are placed on top). The place is located on a side street of the legendary Via dei Serpenti, the heart of Monti's nightlife. It's a nice and quiet spot with about ten outdoor dining seats. Newly opened, the interiors could perhaps be decorated with more character, but the venue is still clean and pleasant. The staff is very kind and attentive to customers, offering the unusual combination of cocktails and Roman pizza, even gluten-free. We ordered the fried foods, which were delicious, very good pizzas, and also valid pasta dishes and desserts. If I had to point out an area for improvement, I would make the gluten-free tiramisu cream denser and the ladyfingers less soaked. On the other hand, the semifreddo was very much appreciated. I had some difficulty digesting the buffalo pizza in the evening, but it might just be me. Overall, the place is highly recommended, and we will definitely return! The attention to customer service and the desire to improve make this venue very promising. Keep it up!

Great experience for me and my (celiac) husband as we discovered this new gluten-free pizzeria in Rione Monti. Light and crunchy zucchini flowers, stretchable suppli (we took one with lactose-free mozzarella). Following that, I had a capricciosa and my husband had a gluten-free diavola. Really a nice discovery this pizzeria even gluten-free (or as the English say gluten-free pizzeria) in the center in the Rione Monti. I tried both the fried items (really great supplì and cod fillet) and the Roman pizza, a margherita with yellow and red datterini tomatoes. The dessert surprised me: even though the tiramisu was gluten-free and lactose-free it was really tasty and creamy! I also took a focaccia to go for lunch the next day. Delicious!
