Located in the Monti district, Cimarra 4 Pizzeria & Cocktail Bar offers an excellent culinary experience with a wide selection of gluten-free and lactose-free dishes. The pizza and fried foods are particularly appreciated, the service is fast, and the staff is courteous. A charming location ideal for those with celiac disease and lovers of good food.

Since Cimarra came along, I feel like a "normal" person. The gluten-free pizza and fried foods are incredible.

Highly recommended. Crunchy pizza, calzones, fries, and special tiramisu. Water is served in half-liter bottles.

The best gluten-free Roman pizza, thin and crunchy. All the appetizers and desserts are gluten-free. Even the supplì are very, very good. The staff is available and kind, and the location is central. Highly recommended if you want to eat a real gluten-free Roman pizza.

An informal place in the Rione Monti that offers appetizers and sweets. The supplì are excellent, and the regular pizzas are also very good. The profiteroles are a must-try; the pastries are very soft and crumbly. Highly recommended!

If you love Roman pizza, thin and crispy, I think the best in Rome is Cimarra4. Their fried items are also unbeatable in my opinion; the supplì are not those small, often frozen in the center things you find in some places, but rather big bombs filled with flavor and super stretchy. I would also say their desserts are great, although I often feel too full to even reach the dessert!

fried and gluten-free pizza that is out of this world!!! maybe the best in Rome

I finally managed to try this place. The best Roman pizza I have ever eaten. AIC. With separate kitchens and their tiramisù, I will remember it for a long time 😂 I recommend making a reservation. It's a shame they are closed for lunch.

friendly and approachable staff, excellent food, maximum safety for gluten-free options thanks to two separate kitchens and ovens, registered with AIC and I know they have celiacs in the family. The thin and crispy pizza, classic Roman style, is exceptional! Not to mention the entire menu, strictly homemade. Thank you for giving us joy!

excellent quality (real), absolutely normal prices for the good raw material, double kitchen, total absence of contamination, the pizzas are spectacular not to mention the fried items and desserts, everything made in-house!

Excellent gluten-free food, central location and polite staff. Great value for money as well. Highly recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs!

Great atmosphere, the staff is very kind and quick. There are so many options for pizzas, pastas, and gluten-free calzones. Not to mention the desserts, which are well covered even without lactose. Great idea to create a wide selection of cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.

I used the takeout service (punctual and fast) to enjoy fried snacks and bruschetta. The products were excellent and justify the sometimes high prices (especially for the bruschetta). An experience to repeat.

Everything is great! It is not marked as AIC certified on the map, but it is.

Very well-equipped place, waiters and waitresses are well-prepared and very kind! All the appetizers and first courses are gluten-free, and for the pizzas, they have two separate ovens to make them normal as well. Highly recommended!

gluten-free pizza for €9, I was very happy with the price. Good quality, they also have desserts. Nice and friendly place, very knowledgeable and kind staff.

almost everything is made directly with gluten-free ingredients (except for the pizza which can also be requested traditional). We started with a bruschetta, good but I think a bit too expensive. The supplì with tomato and mozzarella and those with tomato and basil were excellent. We also ordered a cacio e pepe pasta, good but not exceptional. The pizza is highly recommended! For dessert, we had the profiterole, which was good!

On Saturday evening, with a reservation, I went to Cimarra4. The pizza was excellent and so were the fried dishes (the supplì is better than the crocche), just a bit noisy... but overall very pleasant. They were quick in service and kind!

Really nice place in a characteristic alley. Excellent calzone and the fried items are amazing. Congratulations!

For celiacs, I recommend this AIC certified place because the menu is varied and complete, the pizza is very good, the supplì are excellent, and finally the location in the Monti district where you can stroll peacefully through the charming streets not far from the Colosseum. Courteous staff, fast service.
