Cozy and welcoming place. Friendly and attentive staff. Delicious pasta.
5
good food, amazing location, small but well-kept place, prepared and friendly staff, price in line with quality and location (160m from the Pantheon)
5
good food, excellent hospitality and value for money, attentive to cross-contamination and AIC certified, an experience to repeat
5
very tasty food and abundant dishes, excellent combo that can be made pasta + drink + dessert at a low price compared to others in circulation. Also for breakfast, I recommend it.
5
the menu is all gluten-free, (even the fried foods!), the gluten-free pasta is very good. I am celiac and I felt really good here, highly recommended!!!
5
very courteous staff, really good pasta, and many gluten-free options. the place is AIC certified, the staff is very knowledgeable. also available lactose-free options.
5
Very good carbonara pasta. I didn't order the fried dishes, but the waitress specified that they always make them gluten-free. You can also order via Deliveroo.
5
gluten-free pasta that's really delicious, the amatriciana macaroni are highly recommended, the supplì are also very good (all fried foods are gluten-free)

I am celiac and I was warmly welcomed! The safety level is great and the first courses are plentiful and truly excellent! I will definitely return!

I went to eat last year, everything was very good and super well-provided.

It started as a pasta factory, they make fresh gluten-free pasta, they are very organized. We ended up there looking at the app, without taking into account some reviews that describe it as touristy, quite the opposite. Everything was very good and especially at really affordable prices. Highly recommended!

Supplì and carbonara were average. A credit point for the fresh tonnarello.
5
wide selection of starters and fried dishes

Tourist spot, food not of quality. Absolutely failed!
5
very good carbonara

Good, a bit touristy, but a valid alternative in the historic center! Generous portions and honest prices. I don't know if it was just a coincidence, but I found this location to be of better quality compared to the other one.
5
very good and kind

exceptional supplì and carbonara with fresh pasta!
5
delicious pasta made by them (both gluten-free and with gluten). From experience, I highly recommend the most famous traditional Roman dishes, but it's also worth trying the shrimp, Pachino, and pistachio pasta. Congratulations!

I was there a few days ago and found the menu to be vast with all the gluten-free Roman pasta and also some desserts. The location is nice, very convenient if you pass by the Pantheon, I recommend it.
5
Fresh gluten-free pasta made by them. Wide selection of formats and toppings. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Double kitchen for our safety.
4
Homemade fresh pasta, there is no risk of contamination because the restaurant has two separate kitchens. Spaghetti alla carbonara 8/9, fast service.
4
Extremely kind and helpful staff. The gluten-free fresh pasta was excellent. I will definitely come back.
5
Artisan gluten-free fresh pasta with all the typical seasonings of Roman and Italian tradition just a stone's throw from the Pantheon. Clean and well-maintained venue with great attention to gluten-free options.
4
Kindness and professionalism of the staff and excellent food. Maximum attention to gluten-free options. Recommended.

We ordered the fried foods (supplì and mozzarella balls), which are all gluten-free, and the board came with bread that was a bit too crunchy compared to the focaccia as per the menu. The cold cuts and cheeses were good, but I find the price of the fried foods a bit high, although I can justify it for being in the Pantheon area. The cacio e pepe supplì was my favorite, and the others were good too. Since we also had drinks, the cost went up and we ended up spending more than expected for an aperitif.
5
excellent food

Impeccable breakfast; not being used to making pancakes, I really appreciated starting the day this way. Good, fluffy, and warm. The apple pie was also very light and tasty!

Efficient service and friendly staff. I recommend the mixed fried gluten-free appetizers [4 supplì (classic, amatriciana, cacio e pepe and carbonara) + 4 fried mozzarella balls]. We also tried a pasta all’amatriciana and the Saltinbocca, good but could be better. First courses, second courses, and fried items can be made gluten-free. Venue with AIC certification.
