We had an amazing meal here, one gluten eater and one gluten free and we both ate really well. The gluten free Supplí was one of the nicest things I have ever eaten, and the gluten free spaghetti was the best I have ever had. The food and drinks were all very reasonably priced and all the staff were very friendly. There are plug sockets at all table so great if you need to charge your phone. When we return to Rome a meal here will be at the top of the list!

We had a wonderful meal at Pasta in Corso Pantheon. Our group ordered two gluten-free pasta dishes and one regular pasta dish, and everyone enjoyed their meal. The pasta is made fresh daily, and the quality really shows. The service was fantastic, and the staff was very accommodating. I was able to order in English without any issues, and they appeared knowledgeable about celiac disease and the precautions required for gluten-free dining. They also offer desserts, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommended for both gluten-free and non-gluten-free diners visiting Rome.

Although I wanted to eat pizza, I was not able, because they only have pastas with gluten-free option. But, the pasta was great, and the chicken with fries also. So we loved the food, and gluten-free tiramisu was excellent! The place is near by several sights, so the street noise is loud, and the italians are also loud in a restaurant too. But, the restaurant is great, and the waitresses were so nice, kind and helpful.

The restaurant is small yet comfortable that makes it a nice place to take a break after exploring the city. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The staff were friendly, and happy to answer questions about the menu. One thing we really appreciated was the great gluten-free options available. If you’re looking for a casual place in Rome with delicious pasta, accommodating gluten-free choices, and great service, Pasta in Corso is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommend!

A paradise for celiacs! Here I ate my first gluten-free supplì in my life and I must say that I couldn't ask for better. Delicious, just like the pasta they make (if I'm not mistaken because I went there in December 2024), so the quality is noticeable. When I go to places like this, which guarantee a "decent" menu (this one is out of this world) even for those who have to eat gluten-free, I can't help but think that there's too much ignorance out there and that maybe it's not so hard to provide us with a normal meal without having to settle for a salad... go there!! ❤️

I craved a good gluten-free pasta with oil and Parmesan. Overcooked, without salt, inedible for me! I left it all there, but still paid 15.50 (it was the lowest price that could be done) + cover charge + water (which I took with me). Total 19.50 for not having dinner. At the nearby table, gluten-free short pasta with tomato was not liked, but they ate almost half of it... The waiter was really kind, but it's not enough.

I have been gluten intolerant for 3 years, I know very well the taste of "real pasta" and I can guarantee you that here the gluten-free pasta is IDENTICAL to the classic one. I was there this evening with my family. My daughter is celiac and asked to replace the spaghetti with gluten-free fettuccine carbonara, freshly made by them. Instead, we had spaghetti carbonara and macaroni all’amatriciana. Everything was excellent, and the price was good for the quality, especially being in the center of Rome. We will definitely return. A special mention to Cristian, Alba, and Leonardo.

I went to this restaurant both nights of my stay in Rome, and it was a real gastronomic love at first sight! On the first night, I ordered a carbonara: simply delicious. The pasta, homemade, is noticeable right from the first bite — perfectly rough, ideal for catching the sauce. Generous portions. On the second night, I chose an amatriciana, and this was also a confirmation: flavorful, well-balanced, and always a generous portion. I also added a supplì, crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, really well made. A big plus: the vast gluten-free selection. They have an entire dedicated menu, which makes the experience even more enjoyable and relaxed for those, like me, who need to avoid gluten. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Roman cuisine, even in gluten-free version, without sacrificing quality and flavor. I would go back even a third night, no second thoughts!

I was there a few days ago and found the menu to be vast with all the gluten-free Roman pasta and also some desserts. The location is nice, very convenient if you pass by the Pantheon, I recommend it.

Modern environment just a stone's throw from Piazza Navona. I had the best gluten-free pasta of my life! The carbonara sauce was also great, but the fresh pasta was really good for being gluten-free! My companion had classic ravioli with ricotta, dressed with cheese, pepper, and guanciale: he was also very happy!!!! Good price!

Nice place with good capacity. Courteous staff. Good selection of first courses and the possibility of pizzas. They have a gluten-free menu for both first courses and other dishes. We ordered gnocchi alla sorrentina which unfortunately did not satisfy us even though they looked good: they were basically flavorless. Instead, the fettuccine with wild boar ragù were good, although 'light' in flavor. The carbonara was excellent. The fried items were average. Good Raffo beer. Reasonable prices for the quality of the ingredients served, even though it is obviously a restaurant that tends towards the 'touristy'.

We ordered the fried foods (supplì and mozzarella balls), which are all gluten-free, and the board came with bread that was a bit too crunchy compared to the focaccia as per the menu. The cold cuts and cheeses were good, but I find the price of the fried foods a bit high, although I can justify it for being in the Pantheon area. The cacio e pepe supplì was my favorite, and the others were good too. Since we also had drinks, the cost went up and we ended up spending more than expected for an aperitif.

The dishes are delicious, the service is fast, and the staff are always smiling. The gluten-free options, given that there is an extra charge, should come with more product instead of less, but the most outrageous thing is the supplì at €3.00 (only one supplì per portion, slightly larger than an olive) which I find excessive.

It was an exceptional discovery, in the center of Rome for us celiacs, it is a dream to find a restaurant with such care. Obviously, AIC with all gluten-free dishes and exceptional attention to this aspect, with completely separate kitchens. Perfect and delicious pasta, excellent service, and fair prices.
