All the pasta, even gluten-free, of all the formats displayed on the menu, is made by them. The entire menu is also available gluten-free. Mega generous portions, 160g raw, about 200g cooked as communicated. The bruschettas are also excellent (mix of 5 bruschettas with: mushrooms and truffle, artichokes, chicory, cacio e pepe, creamy cheese and salmon). Well done! Kitchens and labs are completely separate, ensuring safety for celiac customers.

Everything tasted great. If you want to eat well in Rome, you need to go a little outside.
5
A cheerful and lively place, where a large part of the menu is available gluten-free. Here you can taste many traditional Roman first courses and much more. But above all, the pasta is made in-house and, according to my husband who is not celiac, is comparable to regular pasta in both taste and texture. Additionally, there is a separate kitchen for gluten-free dishes. Very kind staff. Highly recommended!

The fresh pasta, cooked to perfection, with the cabbage cream and guanciale was to my liking. Friendly and relaxed service. A guarantee with the separate SG kitchen.
5
delicious fresh gluten-free pasta, the best I've ever tasted (and I have many years of celiac disease) no contamination. warm, kind, and knowledgeable staff about celiac disease. exceptional apple dessert.
5
Everything was excellent, fantastic experience! We ate the bread, the spaghetti cacio e pepe, the amatriciana pasta, the supplì, the fried mozzarella balls, and the tiramisù; everything was truly excellent! We will definitely come back 😊

Everything was great and the portions were generous. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. I will return, especially because I want to try the desserts which look delightful and have a wide variety.
4
A street-front locale that offers gluten-free pastries and breakfasts, typical Roman first courses that are good and very abundant. Desserts are average. Good value for money.

OK, the portions are "loaded" but lacking substance...

Delicious food, great attention to contamination, excellent service, and very kind staff.

quality pasta and a lot of professionalism, carbonara and amatriciana are the best
5
Everything is excellent, I recommend it to you. They also have a menu that includes a first course, dessert, and a drink.
5
great pasta, made by them, a kitchen entirely dedicated to celiacs, the menu includes all the typical dishes of Roman cuisine and many others that are truly excellent. Highly recommended!

Among the classic Roman pasta dishes and the specials, there are various choices of first courses. Recommended for a quick and good lunch.
5
Amazing carbonara! Practically all gluten-free
5
Dinner with friends, we had a delicious mix of gluten-free bruschetta, followed by carbonara, strictly made with fresh pasta. Everything was excellent, we will definitely return, friendly and prepared staff.
5
traditional first courses that are good and abundant. Honest prices and separate kitchens.
5
Great supplì and a wide selection of pasta. Amatriciana that's finger-licking good!
5
Delicious typical gluten-free dishes. Great variety of choice.
5
the best gluten-free pasta I have ever eaten!
5

Delicious typical Roman dishes.
5
good food, generous portions, and reasonable prices.

I would give more than 5 stars. Fantastic food with and without gluten. The first courses are super great.
5
Great service in a clean and modern venue, with the possibility of finding all Roman dishes in a gluten-free version.
4
Good, a bit touristy, but a valid alternative in the historic center! Generous portions and honest prices. I don't know if it was just a coincidence, but I found this location to be of lesser quality compared to the other one in the Pantheon area.
5
good products, attentive service, double kitchen. the ravioli were a bit too al dente but everything else was fine
5
great food, generous portions, and the entire menu also available in a gluten-free version
5
Delicious pasta and generous portions!!! Separate gluten-free kitchen.
5
Good dishes, generous portions, quick service, and affordable prices
3
On average, nothing more. The pasta was definitely al dente, the portions are generous. Ideal if you have a celiac friend, as they have two separate kitchens.
5
the best carbonara I have ever tasted
5
excellent, the best we have tried in Rome

everything is delicious

Unfortunately, I can only give five stars. A delicious gray dish, perfectly seasoned, and good wild boar fettuccine with a delicate taste. There is also a wide selection of main courses and desserts.
2
Experience that did not fully satisfy us. Hard gnocchi with wild boar sauce overwhelmed by tomato and with very little meat. Tagliatelle similarly. Room for improvement.
5
Fresh pasta and generous portions. Wide selection on the menu, including desserts. Prices are reasonable, but not so high as to 'rip off' the tourist.

If I had to describe my personal paradise in four words... I would probably say "gluten-free fresh pasta" 🥹 That's why I couldn't help but fall in love with Pasta in Corso! Their carbonara is delicious (perhaps only the portion is "not very generous"), the crispy guanciale, and the quality of the pasta is certainly excellent. The girls working there were also very nice and attentive to our needs. As for the supplì, I found it a bit bland and too compact on the outside, but well, the quality of the first courses wonderfully compensates!

A venue with double kitchens. Gluten-free options include fried foods, meat, and pasta, which theoretically should be the strong point. I had the fries and the macaroni alla amatriciana. The fries were good. However, the pasta was disappointing (and reading other reviews, honestly, I don't understand if I was just unlucky). The pasta was industrial (not fresh pasta), slightly overcooked, but the real issue was the sauce that seemed like the classic imitation for tourists. Too runny sauce with a questionable taste and pale color, and the cheese didn't even seem like pecorino (maybe it was a mix). I think it's one of the worst amatricianas I've tried. The service was fast and courteous.

Wide selection of gluten-free first courses with homemade pasta.. Excellent Gricia and carbonara!! Great quality-price ratio
5
a pleasant discovery, I have been there twice and I must say I was truly impressed. The gluten-free first courses are really good and the prices are modest.
