Café Penny Lane is one of those places that instantly makes you feel welcome. Tucked into the heart of Aalborg, it offers a cozy, slightly whimsical atmosphere with vintage touches and soft lighting that makes you want to stay for hours. It's clearly popular with both locals and tourists—for good reason. I went in for brunch and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions. The bread was hearty, the ingredients fresh, and the vegetarian options were solid. They also cater to gluten-free and vegan diets, which is a big plus.
