I am allergic to gluten. We paid an extra 35 kroner for a gluten free pizza base. What was delivered was not labeled in any way as GF, and it didn't come in an aluminum pan like they are usually served. I was reassured it was gluten free and we double checked the receipt acknowledged this. But in the end, I spent more than an hour puking and in a lot of pain. Another celiac at the same party who also ate a slice had the same severe puking reaction. When we called to complain, they had the audacity to say that maybe it's because they put it on the same counter, or used the same knife as the other pizzas, or that perhaps I had a reaction to cheese. I am not lactose intolerant. I do not normally have reactions to limited cross contact. The only explanation is they sent us a totally normal pizza and never labeled anything. It is clear they do not understand safe food preparation for people with allergies. NOT SAFE FOR GLUTEN ALLERGY.
