AIC certificate, everything gluten-free! I tried the big biscuit and the ice cream, both delicious, the wafer and the crunchy flavor were amazing! It had been a long time since I had eaten such a good ice cream.

Very kind staff with a particular attention to customers who are celiac or gluten intolerant. The ice cream is spectacular, made with local and always fresh ingredients, the whipped cream is produced in the mixing machine, just like in the old days, and has a rich and nostalgic flavor. They also offer ice cream cakes, not only delicious to taste but also beautiful to look at, and more particular sweets, like macarons. I can only recommend it!!
