About two weeks ago my husband stopped at Jersey Mikes to grab me a sandwich. He watched while the girl made it, they use the squeeze tubes for my mayo and mustard because of a gluten allergy. She slammed the mayonnaise bottle down on the counter to try and get some to come out, in the process she broke the bottle, SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO STILL SQUIRT IT ONTO MY SANDWICH!!! My husband was a bit shocked by that but decided she must have checked to make sure no plastic pieces fell on the sandwich. He dropped it off to me forgetting to tell me this story, I went to take a bite and almost broke a tooth on something so I spit it out, after looking at it for a minute I realized it was the tip of a plastic Mayo bottle. My husband called to let them know what happened, they said a manager would contact us, and now a few weeks later still nothing. Pretty disappointed since I used to go there on a regular basis. Update: the manager did reach out more than once and provided me with 3 free sandwiches to make it right.
