If you asked me what my idea of heaven is, it’s this bakery. I cried happy tears when I saw the incredible range of authentic Japanese baked items on offer. 100% gluten free, this is truly a coeliac’s dream. I loved the self serve tray + tongs element of the experience. The fried curry bread is absolutely incredible and I was so excited to try gluten free melonpan!!! If you are gluten free, you absolutely MUST add this to your Tokyo itinerary! I’ll be thinking of this bakery for a very long time ❤️

Last weekend I was in Jiyugaoka and OF COURSE I had to stop here to check their gluten free products. I bought three sweet breads but unfortunately I can't find the name of the one on the top right side. Left side: ぶどうぱん, it's absolutely great! It's quite big and you can definitely warm it up and have it for breakfast. The dried raisin gives it a special taste and it's also good for your health, and there's also a thin layer of raw sugar that makes it super yummy! It's even better if you dip it into a cup of warm milk or a cappuccino. Trust me. Also I would definitely get it again, COSPA absolutely worth it. Lower right side: チョコまる, this is definitely my fave one as it reminds me of an Italian pastry I used to eat a lot when I was younger, way before my gluten sensitivity developed. While eating it I legit went through the memory lane lol. I would definitely buy it again even if it's kinda small, it would be nice if it was slightly bigger. Upper right side: ??, this is not bad, it also has dry raisins inside, but to be fair, the other one tastes better, it's bigger, and even price wise I don't get why someone would choose this one instead of ぶどうぱん.

AMAZING!!! I was almost crying leaving Tokyo due to having to leave this bakery behind. A gluten free establishment with bread variety on par with other Japanese bakeries. The quality was amazing and the prices were reasonable!

An absolutely beautiful bakery that’s even entirely gluten free! They have a wide range of delicious items from French breads and loaves to incredible savory goods and sweets like cake, eclairs, cream puffs and even “takoyaki” chocolate pastries. I highly recommend this phenomenal bakery, especially to anyone with gluten intolerance—this place is a godsend. Thank you for a great experience!
