We just returned from our little vacation, and we decided to try this super hotel after accidentally seeing an offer. We couldn’t have made a better choice. The staff was very courteous, and we were especially touched by 'our' waitress. Our room was unremarkable but had a superb view of the mountains and was very clean! Super pools and warm water. Excellent breakfast with a very rich buffet, and the dinners were outstanding! Great gluten-free cuisine, all the 'normal' dishes were perfectly replicated gluten-free. In this hotel, we really felt pampered! Definitely recommended for a relaxing family vacation.

Immense structure, in a strategic position, with a magnificent view of the Dolomites and numerous services for families. Friendly and helpful staff. Rich, varied, and tasty menu. Good miniclub service, but more could be done with more staff. High prices. I would like to point out some areas for improvement: - Greater assortment of gluten-free and lactose-free products, especially for snacks (only one type of lactose-free dessert is available, and it's always the same type). - Snacks should include savory options and fruit juices/tea. - Bathroom kit for small children: the soap dispenser positioned high in the shower and sink is unusable for children. It would be nice to provide a shower cap and a bath kit as well. - Easy/medium level excursions suitable for children (none of those proposed in the program were feasible with a 4-year-old, except for the family walk scheduled only once a week with the miniclub). - Provide a list and description of the numerous attractions in the area. - Presence of staff at the pool.

Wonderful experience. Nature reigns over everything and everyone, and this is the most characteristic aspect of the resort, but not only that. The excellent cuisine and varied choices allowed the whole family to eat with pleasure (celiac disease). The well-equipped spa and the masseur Luca is a gem! The indoor pool, connected only by a door to the heated outdoor pool, is very enjoyable and should definitely be tried during winter. The great wonder of the place is that nature dominates and the family-run management exceptionally highlights it. For the children, it has always been a joy to wake up to spend the day in the baby club, climbing, or simply in nature among horses, goats, chickens, etc. The adults, on the other hand, had the possibility to choose a different excursion every day with varying levels of difficulty, and in any case, to move freely without the need for a guide. An experience to repeat in winter to take full advantage of the prime location that allows for skiing right from the resort. A huge thank you to the entire Rainer family for ensuring not only to honor the guests but to treat them as a family member!!! ❤️
