Small gem of GF in Tashkent. Well-furnished place, serving sweet and savory breakfasts, quick lunches, bowls, and fresh juices. Everything is very good, even the espresso. They pay a lot of attention to allergies. The place also has a shop section where they sell GF products.

Tashkent is better for the presence of this establishment. The things it does right mean people in this city have an option for chemical free tea and coffee, mineral water in glass bottles and some sweeter options that don’t create that super insulin spike (eat in / take away): this is a USP I fervently applaud. I’ve had coffee and ice cream, oolong tea and a slice of the cherry pie at the café and would certainly order them all again; the options on the menu generally also look good. Although the portion of the ice cream is more of a taster-menu size, I actually thought it was enough. I asked if everything was organic and the answer put more of a focus on gluten free and sugar free which they confidently assert as they say everything is home-made. It would be nice to see them offering a non-plastic spoon for takeaway ice cream in a tub; it would also be good if their general signage offered something that a more international clientele can understand, not only Russian speakers: high-five to Google Lens. We will be back in the city again and I intend to return. Some of the members of staff are friendly and can speak some English.
