Fantastic experience at Pinseria Demetra! 🥰 They are super attentive to celiac disease and really meticulous in managing gluten-free options, which immediately puts you at ease. The gluten-free pinsa is spectacular: excellent dough and quality ingredients, with carefully selected products and really special combinations. You can see the care they put into what they do! 🤍 And then the location absolutely deserves a visit: it is located in the wonderful medieval village of Tratalias, a small jewel of Sulcis, charming and rich in allure. Highly recommended, both for the pinsa and for having a wonderful experience in a special place! ⭐️
