Excellent! It is possible to order the gluten-free pinsa, which is really good. I recommend calling in advance to have more gluten-free topping options available, but there are always gluten-free toppings on the spot as well. Delicious food and attention to contamination. One note, there are no gluten-free desserts on the menu.

You can see the care they put into what they do! 🤍 And then the location absolutely deserves a visit: it is located in the wonderful medieval village of Tratalias, a small jewel of Sulcis, charming and rich in allure.
