The best pastry and bakery in Córdoba. I have been buying and consuming there since I was 7 years old, being celiac, and now I am 24 years old, and everything is exquisite and highly recommended. They do not allow anything that contains wheat inside; there is no risk of cross-contamination. They are a 10/10. They have everything from a bakery and pastry shop, bread, pre-pizza, breadcrumbs, gluten-free beer. Everything is super exquisite.

Unfortunately, the service from the girl left much to be desired. Not only was she rude, but I had to repeat the prices several times because she was walking around while saying them and couldn't hear me properly. It's a shop whose products I love, and this time I wanted to buy several things, but the service made me shop quickly because it was so unhelpful. They should improve this because, as a celiac who shops there, it's a miracle to find places like this; you just want to buy everything and receive good service.

I'm a "new" celiac, and I came to this store on a recommendation. All the products are delicious and high quality. But unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. My first purchase was the week of May 4th, and today is my fourth time here, and the service is getting worse each time. The staff always give you dirty looks and there are long waits, even if you're the only customer. I thought it was just an off day for the employee the first time, but the behavior is the same every time. I hope you can look into this situation. It's a shame that things are this way when the products are so good. Regards.

Incredible... For those who haven't been able to try pastries with gluten, or those who have but can no longer eat gluten, this is the bakery you have to visit. It's the ultimate flavor experience in baked goods. EVERYTHING is delicious. And that's coming from someone who can eat flour and always finds gluten-free options bland! Gisela Mondino Pastelería has definitely found the secret to doing it right. Congratulations...

I went today to celebrate May 5th, International Celiac Day, with my partner, and everything was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxed, and although there were a lot of people, it didn't feel crowded. The waiters were all incredibly friendly, the portions were generous, and the food was very reasonably priced and high quality. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will definitely be back.
