The good: pasta truly al dente, once you order, it comes quickly. Portions are ok, and food is tasty. They always have a gluten free option which is great. The bad: the service. It takes forever and is inattentive. We had to wait with our dishes getting cold for the waitress to come and serve us cheese for several minutes. Yeah, they don't want you to over indulge in cheese. They also charge extra for any non-basic sauce and for either the butter or the oil you may want to dip your waiting bread in. Amazing. They're not particularly friendly either, starting by the lady at the door. A shame, the place looks very nice.
