You guys. You guyysssss. You gluten free, dairy free guys. I just had a PIZZA. A real pizza with a CHEWY CRUST and cheese that felt like cheese. I was in raptures the entire time. I haven't had pizza in over a year that was more than a cracker with sad cheez. This. Was. Amazing. My family had fully glutenous, cheesy pizza and they said mine was as good as theirs. Y'all, the only problem is that I can only experience this for the first time once. That, and I live in Seattle. The owner is a symptomatic celiac! All pasta items are available gf and there are two gf desserts. 10/10 highly recommend. The broccoli raab was bitter and I'm not even mad.
