In 2025, I went to this Hat Creek location a few times. Each time I was headed out of town to escape from traumatic events. Luckily, each visit the same employee was there to take my order, but also each time after I placed my order she would ask me if I was okay or how I was doing. With shaking hands, I would always tell her I was just having a rough day or that I was just fine, little did she know she was making an impact on my day (I wish I knew her name!). To put all the cherries on top, I am gluten intolerant, and not only do the burgers SLAM, but I never once had an allergic reaction to Hat Creek (and this specific employee always alerted the cooks immediately about gluten)!💛 Many many thanks to you Hat Creek Burger Company, and to your special employee.
